Boating Classes
Did You Know???
- Everyone born after January
1, 1989 must complete a certified boating safety education class to
operate any motorized boat in Wisconsin.
- When boating on the Great Lakes, children
age 13 and under must wear a PFD while above decks and underway.
- You can potentially receive a 10 - 15%
discount on your boat insurance just for completing one of our
classes!

12+. Topics include:

- Operating Your Boat Safety
- Legal Requirements For Boating
- Boating Emergencies
- Enjoying Water Sports
- State of Wis. Boating Regulations

- This course is conducted by the USCG

two-hour short course demonstrates basic navigational skills with
practical application using charts, dividers and parallel rulers.
